It’s finally happening!

After studying the concept, the market, and potential locations, we’re finally in motion. Here are our updates:

• We started a meetup group, which you can join by clicking here, through which you can keep updated about our progress (and, of course, scheduled meetings).
• We are under contract on a portion of the Cape Royal Building in Cocoa Beach. The coworking space will be on the third floor.
• We have started design and build out plans and scheduled a meetup to ask people (like you; come join us!) for input on what the coworking space should include.

Here are our future plans:

• The meeting referenced above (hint: join us!)
• Close on the building on December 31st.
• Finish design and begin to build out
  • By the way, we may open immediately with partitioned offices, even while we work on the open space.
• Order furniture
