What was once a passing thought is now a bustling, collaborative space!

How it began:

Normal offices are boring, unproductive, and they don’t bring our community together.

Why should entrepreneurs and small businesses pay through the nose for a space that they don’t use consistently?
Why should businesses be completely separate, when our community can achieve so much more together?
Why can’t there be a space that brings everyone together to foster professional relationships.

In 2018, an idea was born.

We need a Coworking Space in Cocoa Beach!

The only question is where to put it…

Cape Royal Professional Center, Cocoa Beach FL

The space:

In 2019, Cocoa Beach Office LLC purchased space in the Cape Royal building in Cocoa Beach. We tens of thousands of square footage to use for the coworking space, we were ready to move forward with our dream. This is when the planning began.

Dozens of floor plans and consultations later, we began our construction.

Construction:

Walls were ripped down to create an open-concept space.

Floors were torn up and new flooring was put in.

Hundreds of gallons of paint later, we have a space that is ready for business owners to collaborate in.

So what now?

Now, we move forward with our real goals – to connect our community. As more people join our network, our community will become more connected and our businesses will flourish.

This is our goal – to bring the community together. And this space is just the start of achieving that goal.
